POLICIES & PROCEDURES      FOR CLASSES

TUITION PAYMENT:

The 1st month’s tuition & a one month deposit must be paid in advance.

Summer session must be paid up front in full. 

 

All accounts MUST have a credit card or debit card on file in order to register for class. It is your responsibility to keep this card up to date and current.  Not necessary for Summer session. 

Thereafter, there are two payment options:

 

OPTION #1:  Auto billing.   Your credit card or debit card will be charged the monthly tuition the 1st of every month. Auto billing only applies to programs that have a reoccurring monthly tuition.  These programs include gymnastics, hip-hop, cheer, etc.  Fees for other products and/or services shall be paid for at the time of purchase and/or registration.

 

OPTION #2:  You must pay The Tumble Zone by check, credit/debit, or cash on your child’s 1st class of the month.  If we do not receive payment by the 2nd class of the month, your credit card or debit card on file will be charged that day plus an administrative fee of $5.

Please understand that if your child is enrolled in a program that has reoccurring monthly tuition that he/she is continuously enrolled in the program. You will incur reoccurring monthly tuition charges on your account until a 30 Day Drop Form is received by The Tumble Zone front desk.

 

Drop Procedure:  If you are withdrawing from a class, a 30 Day Drop Form must be filled out in the office or you may download the form from The Tumble Zone website and mail it into the office.  You are responsible for all tuition until a drop form is completed and returned to The Tumble Zone front desk.  The Tumble Zone must receive the 30 Day Drop Form before the last day of the month.  For example, if you wish for February to be your last month, the drop form must be turned in by January 31st.  If the drop form is turned in on February 1st, the final month will then be March.  The previously paid deposit will then be applied to the FINAL month’s tuition. Unless otherwise stated, your deposit will be applied for May 2018.  No refunds on deposits are given.

 

Returned Check Policy:  There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.  When a check is retuned to The Tumble Zone, your credit card on file will be charged for the original amount of the check plus the returned check fee.

 

Missed Classes & Make-Ups:  There will be NO refunds for missed classes.  Your tuition reserves your child’s space in the class, regardless of attendance.  Make-ups ARE available—Please see front desk.

 

Class Attire:  Boys must wear shorts or athletic pants & T-shirts that can be tucked in securely.  Girls can wear leotards or shorts and T-shirt.  No tights or jewelry allowed.  Bare feet ONLY.  Long hair must be pulled back and secured.

 

Inclement Weather:  You may check the website at www.tumblezonehermitage.com or call The Tumble Zone at 724.342.ZONE and get updates from our 24-hour voice mail regarding closings.

 

Parking:  For the safety of all our patrons, please enter and exit our parking lot using EXTREME CAUTION!  Remember, our children do not always look both ways and are shorter than all the parked cars and SUV’s in our lot!  If The Tumble Zone lot is full, additional parking is available in the rear of the building.  Parents with children are not permitted to park across the street. We encourage car pooling and dropping students off.

Students should arrive no more than 5 minutes before class time to help alleviate parking lot congestion. Parents with children under the age of 8 must enter The Tumble Zone to pick up their child, or call ahead to have someone escort them to the car.
